Transit authorities run on validators, fare rules, and clearing systems built over decades. Access deployments run on readers, locks, and PACS systems with their own identity and permission models.
Vehicle OEMs operate across vehicle architectures, TSP infrastructure, and OTA pipelines. None of this was built for mobile. None of it can change.
